poor insulationinadequate air conditioning
The air conditioning performed inadequately. A staff member conceded this deficiency was hotel-wide. I found the noise insulation poor. Consistent street noise compromised the room's tranquility. These aspects negatively affected the stay.

I'm pretty annoyed by a persistent musty odor in the hallways, I noticed it right away. The hall looks so old, like it doesn't match the pictures I saw before. The air conditioner barely cooled the room at all. The staff admitted the air conditioning is a problem throughout the hotel. This.

The breakfast buffet included local cheeses. Fresh croissants were also available daily. Luggage storage after checkout was quite convenient. The front desk staff offered microwave service for leftovers.
